Heure d’arrivée: 8h30.
La compétition démarre à 9h00 pour toutes les classes (Beginners, Novice et Open).
L’inscription est fixée à 65€ (40€ pour les membres de l’UGC asbl) à payer AVANT le concours sur le compte bancaire BE59 2710 6101 2426 – BIC GEBABEBB – United Gundog Club asbl – Chaussée de Wavre 393 – 1390 Grez-Doiceau – Belgique.

Les inscriptions sur Gundogs.be sont clôturées le 8 mars 2025.
Dans le passé, le paiement des droits d’inscription se faisait uniquement sur place ou au moins après la clôture des inscriptions. Jusqu’au jour de la clôture, il était possible de se désinscrire gratuitement. En conséquence, de nombreux concours ont été immédiatement complets et le sont restés jusqu’à une semaine avant la date limite, quand soudainement de nombreuses personnes se sont désinscrites. Cette situation est problématique pour le club organisateur.
À partir de 2023, cela n’est plus possible. Lorsque vous vous inscrivez à un concours, cela signifie que vous voulez y participer. Une fois votre inscription acceptée par le club organisateur, vous êtes tenu de payer les frais d’inscription. Sans raison valable, il n’est plus possible de se désinscrire gratuitement.
Aucun spectateur ne sera admis sans l’autorisation du club organisateur.
Le carnet de travail du chien vous sera demandé avant le concours.
Cafés et morceaux de tartes sont prévus pour les participants et inclus dans le prix.
Il n’y a pas de lunch prévu pour les participants : chacun est tenu de venir avec son lunch packet.

A partir du 1 février 2024, tout participant à un concours est obligé d’avoir un numéro de licence.
Pour ce faire, un compétiteur belge est obligé d’être membre d’un club belge reconnu par l’URCSH. Une petite partie de sa cotisation (7€) est utilisée comme assurance et est reversée à l’AdD.
Par contre pour les compétiteurs étrangers, ils ont 2 possibilités. Être membre d’un club affilié à l’URCSH ou payer 10€ directement via l’application MYKKUSH.

Dès que vous aurez payé la première fois cette licence, vous recevrez une carte à conserver.
Le club organisateur ainsi que le bureau de la section peut vérifier lors de votre inscription si vous êtes bien en ordre de cotisation.

De inschrijven op Gundogs.be zijn op 8 maart gesloten.
In het verleden was het zo dat de betaling van het inschrijvingsgeld pas gebeurde ter plaatse of in ieder geval na het afsluiten van de inschrijvingen. Tot op de dag van de sluiting kon men kosteloos uitschrijven. Het gevolg hiervan is dat vele wedstrijden dadelijk volzet waren en bleven, tot een week voor de deadline waarna er plots heel veel personen opnieuw annuleren. Dit is problematisch voor de organiserende club.
Vanaf 2023 is dit niet meer mogelijk. Wanneer u inschrijft voor een workingtest betekent dit dat u wil meedoen en zodra uw inschrijving is aanvaard door de organiserende club bent u verplicht tot het betalen van het inschrijvingsgeld. Zonder geldige reden is het niet mogelijk om nog kosteloos uit te schrijven.
Alleen de deelnemers dienen aanwezig te zijn. Geen toeschouwers, tenzij u de toelating hebt van de organiserende club.
Werkboekje is verplicht en wordt voor de wedstrijd afgegeven.
Koffies en stukken taart zijn voorzien voor de deelnemers, inbegrepen in de prijs.
GEEN lunch voorzien voor de deelnemers ; jullie moeten uw lunchpakket meenemen.
Dranken zijn voorzien, te kopen.
Vanaf 1 februari 2024 moeten alle deelnemers aan een wedstrijd een licentienummer hebben.
Hiervoor moet een Belgische deelnemer lid zijn van een Belgische club die erkend is door de KKUSH. Een klein deel van het lidgeld (€7) wordt gebruikt als verzekering en wordt betaald aan de VdA.
Buitenlandse deelnemers hebben echter 2 opties. Lid zijn van een club die aangesloten is bij de KKUSH of €10 rechtstreeks betalen via de MYKKUSH applicatie.

Zodra je voor de eerste keer voor deze licentie hebt betaald, ontvang je een kaart te bewaren want je hebt deze nodig om je in te schrijven voor een wedstrijd in België.
De organiserende club en het sectiebureau kunnen bij je inschrijving controleren of je lidmaatschapsgeld in orde is.

Registrations are closed on Gundogs.be since March 9th.
In the past, entry fees were paid on the day of the competition or at least after the deadline of the entries. Until the day of closure it was possible to cancel your entry without any fees. The result was that a lot of competitions were immediately oversubscribed until a week before the deadline when suddenly a lot of people started to cancel. This is a problem for the organising clubs.
From 2023 this will no longer be possible. When you enter for a working test, this means you want to run and as soon as your entry is accepted by the organising club, you are obligated to pay the entry fee. Canceling your entry without a valid reason is no longer possible.
No spectators unless you have permission from the organizing club.
Working book will be asked before the competition starts.
Coffee and slices of tart are included in the price.
We don’t provide any lunch; please take your lunch packet with you.
Drinks will be sold.
From 1 February 2024, all participants in a Belgian competition will be required to have a license number.
To do this, a Belgian competitor must be a member of a Belgian club recognized by the URCSH. A small part of the membership fee (€7) is used as insurance and is paid to the AdD.
