Les inscriptions sur Gundogs.be sont cl\u00f4tur\u00e9es le 8\u00a0mars 2025.<\/p>\n

Dans le pass\u00e9, le paiement des droits d’inscription se faisait uniquement sur place ou au moins apr\u00e8s la cl\u00f4ture des inscriptions. Jusqu’au jour de la cl\u00f4ture, il \u00e9tait possible de se d\u00e9sinscrire gratuitement. En cons\u00e9quence, de nombreux concours ont \u00e9t\u00e9 imm\u00e9diatement complets et le sont rest\u00e9s jusqu’\u00e0 une semaine avant la date limite, quand soudainement de nombreuses personnes se sont d\u00e9sinscrites. Cette situation est probl\u00e9matique pour le club organisateur.<\/p>\n

\u00c0 partir de 2023, cela n’est\u00a0plus possible. Lorsque vous vous inscrivez \u00e0 un concours, cela signifie que vous voulez y participer. Une fois votre inscription accept\u00e9e par le club organisateur, vous \u00eates tenu de payer les frais d’inscription. Sans raison valable, il n’est plus possible de se d\u00e9sinscrire gratuitement.<\/p>\n

Aucun spectateur ne sera admis sans l\u2019autorisation du club organisateur.<\/p>\n

Le carnet de travail du chien vous sera demand\u00e9 avant le concours.<\/p>\n

Caf\u00e9s et morceaux de tartes sont pr\u00e9vus pour les participants et inclus dans le prix.<\/p>\n

Il n\u2019y a pas de lunch pr\u00e9vu pour les participants\u00a0: chacun est tenu de venir avec son lunch packet.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

A partir du 1 f\u00e9vrier 2024, tout participant \u00e0 un concours est oblig\u00e9 d\u2019avoir un\u00a0num\u00e9ro de licence<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Pour ce faire, un comp\u00e9titeur belge est oblig\u00e9 d\u2019\u00eatre membre d\u2019un club belge reconnu par l\u2019URCSH. Une petite partie de sa cotisation (7\u20ac) est utilis\u00e9e comme assurance\u00a0et est revers\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019AdD.<\/p>\n

Par contre pour les comp\u00e9titeurs \u00e9trangers, ils ont 2 possibilit\u00e9s. \u00catre membre d\u2019un club affili\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019URCSH ou payer 10\u20ac\u00a0directement\u00a0via l\u2019application MYKKUSH.<\/p>\n

GEEN cashbetalingen<\/u><\/strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

De inschrijven op Gundogs.be zijn op 8\u00a0maart gesloten.<\/p>\n

In het verleden was het zo dat de betaling van het inschrijvingsgeld pas gebeurde ter plaatse of in ieder geval na het afsluiten van de inschrijvingen. Tot op de dag van de sluiting kon men kosteloos uitschrijven. Het gevolg hiervan is dat vele wedstrijden dadelijk volzet waren en bleven, tot een week voor de deadline waarna er plots heel veel personen opnieuw annuleren. Dit is problematisch voor de organiserende club.<\/p>\n

Vanaf 2023\u00a0is\u00a0dit niet meer\u00a0mogelijk. Wanneer u inschrijft voor een workingtest betekent dit dat u wil meedoen en zodra uw inschrijving is aanvaard door de organiserende club bent u verplicht tot het betalen van het inschrijvingsgeld. Zonder geldige reden is het niet mogelijk om nog kosteloos uit te schrijven.<\/p>\n

Alleen de deelnemers dienen aanwezig te zijn. Geen toeschouwers, tenzij u de toelating hebt van de organiserende club.<\/p>\n

Werkboekje is verplicht en wordt voor de wedstrijd afgegeven.<\/p>\n

Koffies en stukken taart zijn voorzien voor de deelnemers, inbegrepen in de prijs.<\/p>\n

GEEN lunch\u00a0voorzien voor de deelnemers\u00a0; jullie moeten uw lunchpakket meenemen.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Dranken zijn voorzien, te kopen.<\/p>\n

Vanaf 1 februari 2024 moeten alle deelnemers aan een wedstrijd een\u00a0licentienummer<\/strong>\u00a0hebben.<\/p>\n

Hiervoor moet een Belgische deelnemer lid zijn van een Belgische club die erkend is door de KKUSH. Een klein deel van het lidgeld (\u20ac7) wordt gebruikt als verzekering en wordt betaald aan de VdA.<\/p>\n

Buitenlandse deelnemers hebben echter 2 opties. Lid zijn van een club die aangesloten is bij de KKUSH of \u20ac10 rechtstreeks betalen via de MYKKUSH applicatie.<\/p>\n

Registrations are closed on Gundogs.be since March\u00a09th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n

In the past, entry fees were paid on the day of the competition or at least after the deadline of the entries. Until the day of closure it was possible to cancel your entry without any fees. The result was that a lot of competitions were immediately oversubscribed until a week before the deadline when suddenly a lot of people started to cancel. This is a problem for the organising clubs.<\/p>\n

From 2023 this will no longer be possible. When you enter for a working test, this means you want to run and as soon as your entry is accepted by the organising club, you are obligated to pay the entry fee. Canceling your entry without a valid reason is no longer possible.<\/p>\n

No spectators unless you have permission from the organizing club.<\/p>\n

Working book will be asked before the competition starts.<\/p>\n

Coffee and slices of tart are included in the price.<\/p>\n

We don\u2019t provide any lunch; please take your lunch packet with you.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Drinks will be sold.<\/p>\n

From 1 February 2024, all participants in a\u00a0Belgian\u00a0competition will be required to have a\u00a0license number.<\/strong><\/p>\n

To do this, a Belgian competitor must be a member of a Belgian club recognized by the URCSH. A small part of the membership fee (\u20ac7) is used as insurance and is paid to the\u00a0AdD.<\/p>\n

However, foreign competitors have 2 options. Be a member of a club affiliated to the URCSH or pay \u20ac10 directly via the MYKKUSH application.<\/p>\n
